The white spherical silica gel bulk is a high-purity desiccant packaged in a 20 kg sealed polyethylene drum. Its spherical shape ensures more uniform distribution in containers, better crushing resistance, and consistent performance even under repeated thermal cycles. It is particularly suited for technical and industrial applications requiring effective and durable moisture control.

Compared to granular silica gel, the spherical form is preferred in dehumidification plants, cartridge dryers, and dry-air systems due to its improved airflow and compatibility with standardized equipment.

      Product Features

Composition: purified silicon dioxide in spherical form.

Properties: odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and chemically inert.

Structure: uniform spherical shape with high porosity and large active surface area.

      Standard particle size: 2–5 mm

Stability: non-deliquescent; surface remains dry even when fully saturated, without releasing moisture.

      Absorption Capacity

This silica gel removes moisture up to 65 °C but performs best at room temperature (20–30 °C) and high relative humidity (60–90 % RH).

Indicative absorption values based on ambient humidity:

      Relative Humidity (R.H.) Temperature Absorption
      20 % 23 °C 12 ± 1 % (weight/weight)
      40 % 23 °C 20 ± 2 % (weight/weight)
      90 % 23 °C 36 ± 2 % (weight/weight)

*Note: data are from lab conditions and represent average values. Real-world performance may vary depending on system configuration, airflow, gel quantity, and container type.

      Main Applications

This white spherical silica gel (bulk) is ideal for industrial applications requiring prolonged adsorption cycles and uniform material distribution:

      • Industrial production: moisture control in production lines and technical installations.
      • Drying systems: used in dehumidifier towers, dry-air cartridges, and closed-loop equipment.
      • Laboratories and chemical processes: drying technical gases and controlled-humidity test environments.
